He has had the privilege of coaching a 2-time Olympian, a CrossFit World Champion and transformed so many men's lives for the better.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, Amber. Together they have 4 children ranging from ages 9 to 15. With 3 boys and 1 girl, Brian lives what he teaches every day. The Paranas have a passion for travel, having explored all 50 states and 3 continents so far. Their next goal is to visit ALL 7 continents.
